Handbooks & Membership Applications

Co-op registration for the 2025-26 school year will open first to current members only (in March 2025) and if space remains available, it will open to new members in May 2025. Registration will close July 1st, 2025 (if not at full capacity earlier). There will be no exceptions. You can mail payment (address on application) or email us at info.ochea@yahoo.com to arrange in-person payment.

The updated 2025-26 Course descriptions are listed below, but the updated Handbook will be available by late April. The Application will only be visible on the website when Registration is OPEN. If you do not see the Application below, registration is not currently open.

You MUST download the OCHEA+Co-op Handbook BEFORE you fill out the application. You will need to read the entire handbook before "signing" the application and will need to reference the handbook to see class offerings/requirements for middle/high school students. It is HIGHLY recommended to print this handbook, as it should be read and referred to often, throughout the school year.

The handbook provides criteria for class placement of primary students to ensure they get the most of out co-op. As homeschoolers, we are not bound to birthdays dictating grade placement. For elementary students, we recommended placing children with their socially equivalent peers, even if they are academically advanced, as these classes are not aimed at challenging students academically. In the handbook below, there are some basic guidelines to help guide placement.
