Handbooks & Membership Applications

Co-op registration for the 2024-25 school year will open first to current members only (in March 2024) and if space remains available, it will open to new members in May 2024. Registration will close July 15th, 2024 (if not at full capacity earlier). There will be no exceptions. You can mail payment (address on application) or email us at info.ochea@yahoo.com to arrange in-person payment.

The updated 2024-25 Handbook will be available for download no later than March 15th. However, the Application will only be visible on the website when Registration is OPEN. If you do not see the Application below, registration has closed.

You MUST download the OCHEA+Co-op Handbook below BEFORE you fill out the following application. You will need to read the entire handbook before "signing" the application and will need to reference the handbook to see class offerings/requirements for middle/high school students. It is HIGHLY recommended to print this handbook, as it should be read and referred to often, throughout the school year.

The handbook provides criteria for class placement of primary students to ensure they get the most of out co-op. As homeschoolers, we are not bound to birthdays dictating grade placement. We can decide what level fits our child best! If you aren't sure where your child may be most comfortable or have questions concerning academic or social maturity level, contact us at info.ochea@yahoo.com. We're happy to talk through any concerns. We also have a Board member that is a Certified Reading Interventionist, and can evaluate your child's reading/writing level if requested.
